**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Experience Required**: 4 years

**Location**: Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa - Pune

**Qualification**: Graduate

Salary : 30K per month

**Job Purpose**: Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience. Social media channels include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Researches and analyzes social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency. Responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers.
- Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spends and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaboration with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Track social media influencers
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis
- Assist with social media performance reports
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Assist with general day to day administration tasks

**Key Competencies**:

- Experience in building social media communities and general marketing experience
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Good written skills and an eye for detail
- Proofreading and Editing Skills
- Dealing with associate agencies
- Willingness to work in a high pressure job with a start up

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
