**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Labtech Innovations in Pune. The Executive will be responsible for recruitment, HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Recruitment
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the requirements for each event, Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Book venues and schedule speakers
- Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks...

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
