**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. **Marketplace Management**:

- Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams as needed.
3. **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, such as conversion rates, sales rankings, and customer reviews.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
4. **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, returns, and product quality promptly and effectively.
5. **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads, deals, and discounts to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that align with overall brand strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, listing optimization, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software, such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other marketplace management tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
