COMMI - Continental/Bakery/Pastry/Indian/Chat Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
- Follow standardized recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.

Cooking and Assembly:

- Execute basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior kitchen staff/CDP.
- Assemble and plate dishes according to established standards.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper food handling practices.
- Support in cleaning the kitchen, equipments and utensils.

Learning and Development:

- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
- Seek guidance and feedback from senior chefs to improve performance.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow instructions from superiors and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Adherence to Safety Standards:

- Strictly follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Culinary diploma/degree or relevant certification from a recognized institute.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Passion for learning and developing culinary skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
