Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling and Visualization

Create high-quality 3D models for architectural, interior, and product design projects using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino.

Develop photorealistic renderings for presentations, walkthroughs, and client approvals using rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape.

Generate textures, lighting, and material setups to ensure realistic and visually appealing outputs.

Concept Development and Presentation

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements and design concepts.

Translate 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs into detailed 3D visualizations.

Prepare presentation materials, including rendered images, mood boards, and animation walkthroughs, to communicate design intent effectively.

Rendering and Post-Production

Set up and optimize lighting, materials, and camera angles to achieve desired visual effects.

Perform post-production editing using software like Photoshop to enhance render quality and refine final outputs.

Ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials, adhering to project deadlines.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment of 3D visuals with project goals.

Adapt designs based on client feedback and iterate as necessary to meet expectations.

Stay updated on project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely submission of visuals.

Innovation and Learning

Keep up-to-date with the latest software, tools, and trends in 3D visualization and design.

Explore new techniques and technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of visualizations.

Technical Skills Required

3D Modeling Software: Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.

Rendering Engines: Expertise in V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering tools.

Post-Production Tools: Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools for post-production editing.

CAD Integration: Ability to work with AutoCAD or Revit files for seamless 3D modeling integration.

Animation Skills (Optional): Experience in creating 3D animations and walkthroughs is a plus.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lighting, shading, textures, and material properties for realistic renders.

File Management: Ability to handle large 3D files and optimize them for efficient rendering and sharing.

Soft Skills Required

Creativity: Exceptional artistic and design sensibility to create visually stunning and engaging 3D visuals.

Education and Experience

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, preferably in architecture or interior design projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in architectural visualization, including corporate, residential, and commercial spaces.

Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) tools for immersive presentations.

A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization projects with high-quality renderings.

Pay: ₹242,762.60 - ₹1,221,874.26 per year
