**Job Description - 3D Visualizer**

**Role**:3D Visualizer

**Languages**: English, Kannada, Hindi

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary** : 20-25k

**Experience** : Minimum 1 year

**Education**: B.Arch

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling and Rendering**:

- Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp,.
- Develop high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations, including interior and exterior views, using rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, D5 or Enscape.
- Produce animations and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts in a dynamic and engaging way.
- **Design Visualization**:

- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand the project vision and translate design concepts into compelling visual presentations.
- Generate conceptual visuals, mood boards, and material studies to assist in design development.
- **Post-Production**:

- Enhance renderings using post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to add details, lighting effects, and textures.
- Edit and refine visuals to ensure they meet the firm's quality standards and accurately represent the design intent.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the design team to ensure that all visualizations align with the architectural plans and specifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, Lumion, or Enscape. Strong knowledge of post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- **Design Sensibility**: Strong eye for design, composition, color, and lighting. Ability to create realistic and aesthetically pleasing visualizations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to modeling, texturing, and rendering to ensure accuracy and quality in all visual outputs.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts effectively. Comfortable presenting visuals to clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations, including photorealistic renderings, animations, and VR/AR experiences.

**Additional Information**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in architectural visualization or a related field is preferred, but talented recent graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered.
- **Work Environment**: This role typically involves working in an office setting, collaborating with architects, designers, and other team members.
- **Software Knowledge**: Familiarity with emerging technologies like VR/AR, as well as experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit), is a plus.
