Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties, emphasizing their unique features and characteristics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.
- Must have basic editing skills to understand the workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance video production quality.
- Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness for projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and shareable video content for various platforms, including social media and property listings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably short content and long content YouTube Format.
- Intermediary in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
