conceptualizing, shooting, and editing training videos that effectively communicate our
organization’s goals and objectives to our employees.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for training videos that align with the
organization’s objectives and target audience.

equipment, as well as coordinating with talent and crew members.
4. Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording devices to capture
high-quality footage.

proper audio levels, and high-quality visuals.
6. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall
impact and effectiveness of the training videos.
7. Ensure that the final videos are delivered on time and meet the organization’s
standards for quality, accuracy, and branding.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques, equipment, and
software to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of video production.
9. Maintain a well-organized video library, ensuring easy access to training videos for
employees and trainers.
10. Collaborate with the training team to evaluate the effectiveness of training videos
and make necessary improvements based on feedback and analytics.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Video Grapher, preferably in the Quick
Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
3. Proficient in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and sound
recording devices.
4. Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
5. Excellent understanding of video production techniques, including framing,
composition, lighting, and audio recording.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple video projects
simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
team members and stakeholders.
9. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and present innovative
ideas.
10. A portfolio of previous video production work demonstrating technical skills and
creativity.
