**About the Role**

Satej Infotech is looking for a confident, engaging, and empathetic Counsellor who can speak with students and parents, explain our career courses, and help them choose the right path.

It’s about guiding students, handling walk-ins and enquiries, and building trust.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Speak with walk-in and online enquiries (students & parents)
- Understand their goals and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
- Maintain enquiry records in software
- Guide students on admissions, course timelines, and fee structure
- Coordinate with trainers and admin for smooth onboarding
- Attend basic training sessions to understand all course offerings

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (Marathi, basic English)
- Comfortable using computer & WhatsApp
- Friendly and patient while handling queries
- Willingness to learn - training will be provided
