Female Counsellor

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

We are now launching a _**new academy in Kolhapur**_ and are looking for dynamic professionals to be part of this exciting journey from the beginning.

This is a **sales-driven role** focused on student counselling and admissions.
Preference will be given to those with experience at institutions like **Arena Animation, MAAC, or Frameboxx**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about Animation and VFX programs
- Convert inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads) into admissions
- Meet monthly targets for student enrollments and revenue
- Maintain follow-up records and inquiry database
- Assist with promotional activities and events

**Preferred Profile**:

- 1-2 years of counselling or admission sales experience (Animation/VFX education preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
