**Skills Required**:

- Should have hands-on work experience on PeopleSoft Admin (5-8 years)
- Should have completed at least two full cycle implementation projects
- Should be able to configure PeopleSoft Change Assistant and perform PUM patching activities
- Should have knowledge on PeopleSoft installations & configuration
- Should have good troubleshooting skills and be able to troubleshoot issues with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Report posting, Weglogic, PUM patching, CA/upgrade steps, Application Engine, SQR, SQLs, PeopleCode and Oracle database
- Should be able to work on Linux/Windows environments
- Should proactively identify issues during implementations and be able to mitigate the issues
- Should have knowledge on the latest PeopleTools version and latest patching methodology
- Should be knowledgeable to work on PeopleTools/Application upgrades
- Should have good communication skills
- 24x7 shifts (night/weekend shifts) and on call support is a must

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree (B.E, B Tech) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
