Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facials, peels, body therapies, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Assist doctors with procedures such as lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and other medical-aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct skin and hair analysis consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and maintained as per clinic standards.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow-up schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
- Stay updated on latest beauty, cosmetology, and aesthetic techniques.
- Cross-sell and upsell services and products to clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
- CIDESCO Certification or equivalent experience in cosmetology/aesthetics.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a cosmetology clinic, medspa, or dermatology setup.
- Strong knowledge of skin and body therapies, facial anatomy, and product usage.
- Professional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-oriented approach with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow medical protocols.
