Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetology Therapist with a CIDESCO Certification or equivalent experience in the cosmetology/aesthetic field. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering advanced facials, skin treatments, body therapies, and assisting with dermatological and aesthetic procedures under medical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform advanced facials, peels, body therapies, and skin rejuvenation treatments.

· Assist doctors with procedures such as lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and other medical-aesthetic treatments.

· Conduct skin and hair analysis consultations to recommend suitable treatments.

· Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and maintained as per clinic standards.

· Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow-up schedules.

· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well cared for.

· Stay updated on latest beauty, cosmetology, and aesthetic techniques.

· Cross-sell and upsell services and products to clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

· CIDESCO Certification or equivalent experience in cosmetology/aesthetics.

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in a cosmetology clinic, medspa, or dermatology setup.

· Strong knowledge of skin and body therapies, facial anatomy, and product usage.

· Professional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Client-oriented approach with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow medical protocols.
