**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the pre-printing team to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
- Supervise **Ferro Cutting, Ferro Folding, and Ferro Checking** processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with the designer team to address and resolve corrections efficiently.
- Provide proper training and guidance to the team for maintaining high standards of work.
- Monitor task progress to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with Printing Press to ensure seamless transitions in the production process.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for consistent and error-free outputs.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in pre-printing processes, including Ferro tasks and coordination with designers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve errors.
- Proficiency in pre-printing software and tools is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
