We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive. As an ISE, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions or product recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet performance goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role in sales/customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of resilience and persistence in achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
