Call Center Executive

Responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential clients. They are the first point of contact for clients and must be able to answer client questions and provide solutions to client concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients
- Gather client information and update client profiles accordingly
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions
- Record client interactions and details in client relationship management (CRM) system
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and services to clients when appropriate
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Remain up-to-date on product and service offerings

Note
- It is an office job, not work from home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
