We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a specialization in Performance Marketing to join our team. As a Business Analyst (Performance Marketer), you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver data-driven insights and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics. Analyze test results and provide insights to guide decision-making and optimize conversion rates.

Customer Segmentation: Segment customer data based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to create personalized messaging and offers that resonate with specific customer segments.

Forecasting and Budgeting: Work closely with finance and marketing teams to develop accurate forecasts and budgets for marketing initiatives. Monitor spending and provide recommendations for resource allocation to maximize return on investment.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for differentiation. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.

Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to provide insights to key stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant teams to drive informed decision-making.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to performance marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Performance Marketer in a similar role.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
