9. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office
12. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
13. Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
