- Organise and file documents both electronically and in physical records.
**3. Communication**:
- Draft routine correspondence and assist in creating reports and presentations.
**4. Record Keeping**:
- Maintain and update records, including employee records, financial transactions, and inventory.
- Generate and distribute reports as required.
**5. Administrative Support**:
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
**6. Inventory Management**:
- Keep track of office supplies and equipment, reorder when necessary, and maintain inventory records.
**7. Quality Control**:
- Review and check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
**8. Database Maintenance**:
- Regularly update and maintain customer, vendor, or product databases.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
**9. Compliance and Documentation**:
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

**10. Problem Resolution**:

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
**Shift**:
6 days working
14:00 - 23:00 (Monday to Friday)
09:00 - 18:00 (Saturday)
Sunday Fixed Off
