As a Team Leader in the Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance the overall market presence of the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in sales and marketing activities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives.
- Provide ongoing training to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales and marketing team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
