**Introduction**: MIT Junior College, Talegaon is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Internship Teachers to work with our 11th and 12th-grade students. This role involves guiding students through their internships, providing academic support, and fostering professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of programs.
- Monitor and evaluate students to ensure they provide meaningful learning experiences.
- **Student Support and Mentoring**:

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their internship experiences.
- Help students set goals and develop action plans for their internships.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their progress and address any issues.
- **Academic Instruction**:

- Teach related coursework or seminars that complement the internship experience.
- Integrate real-world examples and case studies into lessons to enhance learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and grades as needed.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and internship outcomes.
- Prepare and submit reports on student performance and internship effectiveness.
- Ensure all documentation complies with school policies and requirements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and internship providers to ensure a cohesive program.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding student progress and internship matters.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience, especially with high school students, is highly desirable. Experience with internship programs or career counseling is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about education and student development.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend : Yes
Full time offer: Based on internship performance after completing internship duration.
