**Operation Executive( Real Estate Sales)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for processing orders, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders for ITC PSPD products efficiently and accurately.
- Acknowledge orders and communicate with customers regarding their orders.
- Reconcile orders and follow up with the ITC PSPD team as needed.
- Maintain daily communication with customers regarding material dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries, route information, and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare claims and complaints effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Tally.
- 0-1 years of experience in a back-end team environment (Retail/FMCG/Other).
- Fluency in both the local language and English is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, data entry, data processing, and order fulfillment is required.
- Prior exposure to the paper, packaging, and printing industry is preferred.
