Responsibilities:

- Assess the adequacy of samples for testing, ensuring checks for hemolysis and lipemia at Diagnostic Centre.
- Prepare and compile accurate reports for a variety of hematological tests.
- Label and verify the identity and quality of all received samples diligently.
- Maintain accuracy in results by following defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) at Diagnostic Centre.
- Conduct regular calibration and quality control to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
- Train and guide personnel on proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all procedural protocols to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to improve laboratory operations.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess MLT/DMLT/B.Sc. MLT or Medical Degree
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience MUST
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and quality control measures.
- Proficient in standard operating procedures related to laboratory work.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
