Real Estate Company in Chennai looking for proactive legal professional with minimum of 3-4 years’ experience to handle legal, liaison works, and customer relation management. The role requires ownership of tasks end-to-end from initiation to closure while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective communication across stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Law graduate with minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Bar membership in good standing.
- Experience in Litigation.
- Strong drafting skills, with hands-on drafting experience negotiating and interpreting commercial agreements.
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, customer-handling skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, negotiate and administer a broad range of agreements and contracts, ensuring end to end oversight.
- Prepare and respond to legal notices, petitions, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, advisors and internal teams of the company.
- Address and resolve all legal queries and concerns raised by customers, including drafting replies to customer concerns, negotiating solutions, explaining legal nuances effectively to customers.
- Assist in managing all operations within the legal department and administrative tasks and provide legal advice on a broad range of issues.
- Maintain and manage documentation of all legal records in an organized manner.
- Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
