- Job Summary:_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and professionals to assess their educational and career goals.
- Evaluate academic qualifications, work experience, and interests to recommend appropriate study programs and institutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in international education and immigration policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and meet team targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth of the consultancy by generating referrals and promoting our services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in the study abroad consultancy field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international education systems, universities, and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational counseling software.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to adapt to changing industry trends and regulations.
