Job Description:

- **Billing Review & Audit**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of patient billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies, insurance contracts, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Verify that all charges are correctly captured and coded based on services rendered and corresponding medical documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims, following up on discrepancies, denials and rejected claims.
- **Compliance & Regulations**:

- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, insurance billing codes, and reimbursement policies.
- Ensure billing practices align with applicable guidelines, as per ECHS, ESI, CAPF, Govt Schemes, TPA and PSU agreements
- **Data Integrity & Reporting**:

- Identify billing errors or inconsistencies and collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., clinical, coding, finance) to rectify issues.
- Generate regular audit reports for the billing department, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management review, including financial summaries and audit outcomes.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with MTs, physicians, and the finance team to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate billing information and issues clearly with internal stakeholders, insurance providers, and third-party administrators.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
- Participate in regular audits of billing procedures and collaborate with the compliance team for continuous quality improvement.
- Travelling is part of this position.

Qualification
- B.Com/Any other relevant Qualification

Experience
- 5+Years

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
