Job Title: Event Planner at Uniskoool
Experience: 1-2 years
Uniskoool seeks a dynamic, results-driven Event Planner to join our events team. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional events that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of events and activities that enhance the brand's image and create memorable experiences for our customers. You will work closely with the Uniskoool team to ensure smooth execution, and your passion for events and excellent customer service will be vital in ensuring a high standard of service delivery. If you are a detail-oriented, hands-on person with a passion for planning creative events, this is the perfect role for you.
What we expect from you
- Plan and organize Game/Activity Events, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the events and attract participants.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of management, stakeholders, and vendors on all aspects of the events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage all financial aspects of the events, including budgeting, invoicing, and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and other partners to ensure successful execution of the events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, volunteers, and community members.
- Maintaining and Reporting accurate records of all events, including budgets, schedules, and outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all participants, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotions strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
