*** The Content Creator develops technical training material, reference guides, and various literature based on the needs of the business. Additionally, the Content Creator will be responsible for assisting various department heads compile material in a social media-type format that is engaging and captures the attention of it’s target audience by identifying, creating, managing, and delivering digital content across channels including SharePoint sites, internal social media posts, and training content.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the services and the project requirements to create technical content.
- Responsible for creating technical training material, reference guides, process guides, and other documents using raw data received from various internal sources.

This includes but is not limited to: Organizing and writing supporting documents for projects.
- Developing content that is strategically aligned with short-term and long-term departmental targets
- Translating business objectives and strategy into compelling written technical content for specific audiences
- Test, as applicable, and review all documentation before publication for accuracy.
- Maintain document library including performing routine checks to determine if published documents document should be archived or revised to align with current practices, standards, and processes.
- Periodically reviewing, editing, and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Participate actively and collaborate with team (Trainers and Content Creators) to improve both training and production processes.
- Coordinate with internal customers to illustrate articles, newsletters, postings, etc.
- Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint, as well as basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Ability to be flexible and meet the changing needs of a dynamic, growing company.
- Willingness to manage tasks outside normal job scope.
- Work overtime as necessary

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
- Engineering background is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
