Job description of Legal Executive:
1. To liaison with various teams in the organization to understand the disputes.

2. Collect all dispute related documents and information from business pertaining to disputes.

3. Handling all types of litigation matters.

4. Interacting with law firms/ lawyers on formulating strategy and briefing them on matters.

5. Drafting and reviewing all pleadings to be filed before various courts and authorities.

6. Appearing on behalf of the group before various courts and authorities.

7. Drafting letters/ notices to be sent to customers.

8. Advise on statutory and regulatory compliances.

9. Render legal opinion on various aspects of law.

10. Supervision of court cases pending with various courts/forums/tribunals/Authorities.

11. Monitoring of Court hearing dates.

12. Assisting Legal team at local/regional level.

13. Preparing search report and title opinion.

14. Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

16. Bachelor’s or Masters degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed University with 4 to 5 years of work experience in a legal department / Advocates office.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:
