Field Intern (B2B Collaboration)

**Location**: Patna, Bihar

**Internship Type**: Part-time, Field Role

**Stipend: Performance-based**

**Duration**:3 months

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Field Visits**:

- Visit businesses across Patna as per the daily/weekly schedule.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers (owners/managers).

**2. Proposal Presentation**:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the collaboration.
- Explain the benefits, terms, and conditions of the proposal to businesses.

**3. B2B Collaboration**:

- Build strong relationships with business owners to secure sign-ups.
- Follow up on leads and ensure the completion of partnership formalities.

**4. Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed assigned targets within the given timeframe.
- Ensure accurate documentation of signed proposals.

**5. Reporting and Feedback**:

- Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the team lead.
- Share insights, challenges, and suggestions for improvement based on field experience.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence to approach and interact with businesses.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to secure partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Patna's geography and local business landscape is preferred.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree program (any field).
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Access to a smartphone, Laptop and willingness to use it for work-related purposes.
- Availability for a part-time (4-5hr/day) field role in Patna.
- Possessing good personality for b2b communication.
