**Field Workforce Mobilizer - Construction Labour Sourcing (Male Only)**

**Location**:
Jharkhand / Bihar (Extensive Field Travel Required) **Type**: Full-Time | On-Site **Start Date**: Immediate

**Role Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of Sariya and Shuttering workers through outreach in villages, labour hubs, and local contractor networks.
- Meet and coordinate with **contractors (Thekedars)** to identify potential labour sources.
- Register workers with Bandhoo and assist in completing basic documentation (ID proof, skill level, past experience).
- Coordinate logistics for worker travel and mobilization with internal Admin/Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate field records using mobile apps or Google Sheets.
- Provide regular updates on worker sourcing, mobilization progress, and daily outreach activities.
- Resolve field-level issues, grievances, or escalations in coordination with internal teams.
- Represent Bandhoo locally and ensure a trustworthy rapport with workers and their families.
- Share feedback on wage trends, skill availability, and worker expectations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder (Civil Engineering preferred)
- **2-5 years of field experience** in construction worker sourcing, labour coordination, or civil work supervision.
- Prior experience working with construction companies, contractors, or manpower vendors.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi** and relevant **local dialects**.
- Familiarity with construction trades (especially Sariya and Shuttering work).
- Comfortable with record-keeping using **Google Sheets or mobile-based tools**.
- **Willing to travel extensively** across rural areas in Jharkhand/Bihar.
- Must be **male** due to the nature of rural field work and labour market engagement.

**Preferred Background**:

- Worked previously with **labour contractors or site-level supervisors**.
- Hands-on experience in **mobilizing 100+ workers** for construction projects.
- Familiarity with basic labour laws/compliance is a plus.

**Compensation**:
₹3 - ₹5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
