**Job Title**:
**Voice Process Executive - FinCrime / AML / Banking**

**Location**:
Mumbai

**Shift Timing**:
US Shift | 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM
(5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice process related to FinCrime/AML queries and investigations.
- Support banking operations with a focus on compliance and fraud detection.
- Conduct detailed customer interactions in line with regulatory standards.
- Review and analyze transactions for suspicious activity and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain high accuracy and timely delivery in all tasks.
- Document case findings thoroughly and follow internal SOPs.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduation (Any Stream) - Mandatory
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in any of the following domains:

- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Financial Crime (FinCrime)
- Banking Operations
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent English (Verbal and Written)
- **Process**: Voice Process
- **Assessment Requirement**:

- AMCAT Communication Assessment:

- **B2 Level** - Minimum 70%
- **C1 Level** - Preferred

**Selection Process**:

- AMCAT English Proficiency Assessment (B2/C1)
- Operations Round
- Client Interview
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
