**Job Title: IT Sales Trainee**

**Location: Mohali**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Sales Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and sales and are eager to kick-start their career in the IT sales domain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn about our products and services and understand their features and benefits.
- Assist senior sales representatives in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Learn about sales techniques and strategies through on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings and presentations to gain practical sales experience.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating customer records, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales-related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
