**Designation**: Telesales Executive

**Process**: Voice Process

**Salary**: 24k CTC per month + Incentives

**Shifts**: 6 days working with 1 rotational off
(Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any 9 hours shift)

**Experience**: Min 1 year of experience in a similar role

**Qualification**: Graduation is mandatory.

**Language**: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

**Strong typing skills** (20 words per minute with 85% accuracy).

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle B2B sales processes for the ecommerce business.
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell products/services.
- Conduct direct interviews with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

Amcat: 38

Typing: 20 words with 85% accuracy

Ops Round (Stability checks)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
