- Deliver high-quality lectures in Statistics for undergraduate and postgraduate courses including MCom, MA - Eco, and BBA
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the course curriculum and industry standards.
- Design, administer, and grade assessments such as assignments, projects, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, helping them navigate statistical challenges in their studies and research.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement initiatives within the academic program.
- Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in the field of Statistics, integrating relevant developments into course materials.
- Contribute to the academic community through research and publications in recognized journals, if applicable.
- Engage in college activities including seminars, workshops, and events that enhance the academic and cultural environment of the institution.
- Maintain meticulous records of student performance, attendance, and other related administrative responsibilities.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Proficiency in using statistical software and tools to aid teaching and learning.
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience in Statistics or a related field, with a commitment to academic excellence.
- Ability to conduct and guide research, supporting students in their academic and professional growth.
