**Initial Consultation**: Meet with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
- **Venue Selection**: Research and present venue options that fit the couple's requirements. Coordinate site visits and negotiate contracts with selected venues.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Source and liaise with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and decorators. Negotiate contracts, manage payments, and ensure vendors are aligned with the couple's vision.
- **Budget Management**: Develop a budget based on the couple's preferences and manage expenses to ensure everything stays within the allocated budget.
- **Event Design and Styling**: Assist in creating the overall aesthetic and theme of the wedding, including decor, color schemes, and design elements.
- **Timeline and Schedule**: Create a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including the schedule for vendors, bridal party, and other key participants.
- **Logistics Planning**: Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logístical details for the couple and their guests.
- **Legalities and Permits**: Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained, and that the wedding complies with local regulations.
- **Ceremony and Reception Management**: Oversee the setup, coordination, and execution of the wedding ceremony and reception, including managing the flow of events and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- **On-site Coordination**: Be present on the day of the wedding to oversee all aspects of the event, manage vendors, handle any last-minute changes, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- **Problem-solving**: Quickly address any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and clear communication with the couple throughout the planning process, providing regular updates and seeking their input and approval on key decisions.
- **Post-event Follow-up**: Wrap up any loose ends after the wedding, such as returning rental items, settling vendor payments, and ensuring the couple's satisfaction with the event.
