**Business Analytics and Research Overview**

The Analytics, Research and Data business unit at FMR India is a consulting and insights team that enables business leaders at Fidelity Investments to make informed decisions. The team uses a combination of business and investment research, advanced analytics, and decision sciences to solve business problems at the operational, tactical, and strategic level. The group houses top talent, with over three-fourths of the associates having a post graduate degree or PhD. The group provides a unique exposure to the financial services industry spanning workplace investing, retail investing, institutional investing, asset management and private equity.

**Skills that are Key to this Role**
- Your expertise in data mining techniques and knowledge of visualization would be key for success
- You should possess expertise and substantial experience in Data Analytics and modelling.
- You must possess working experience in SQL and Tableau

**Expertise we are looking for**
- Experience working in areas like descriptive and predictive analytics, with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and working within mature teams
- MBA or Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record
- Prior experience in financial services industry and experience in managing US clients will be preferred

**Shift Timings**: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (these are the official working hours to enable more overlap with the US; that said, associates can exercise flexi logins/logouts from office and work remote for calls/meetings with the US)
