**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team for site visits and follow up with the client after the visit.
- Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keeping up to date with competitors and various projects in the market/ assigned territory.
- Leads Hygiene, providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
- Follow-up for Payments/dues.
- Achieve daily targets as assigned by the reporting manager and submitting work report.

- Any graduate/ post graduate with good communication skills.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
