Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to their problems.
- Proactively monitor customers' usage patterns and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and identify potential risks of churn.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and be able to communicate its features and benefits to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a customer success plan for each customer, including setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are getting value from our product and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer success metrics.
- Knowledge of customer success metrics, such as retention, churn, and lifetime value.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with customer success tools, such as CRM software and analytics platforms
