As a **Java Trainer**, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions on Java and Python, helping students build a strong technical foundation. You'll also assist in developing course materials and guiding students through assignments, projects, and exams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training in **Java** and **Python** programming.
- Develop course material, assignments, and projects for hands-on learning.
- Teach students the core concepts of programming (Java, Python, and basic C/C++).
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with practical coding exercises and real-world problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest programming trends and technologies.
- Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
- Help students develop problem-solving and coding skills that can be applied to real-world scenarios.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Java** (Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, etc.).
- Good understanding of **Python**.
- Basic understanding of **C* and**C++* is a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Tech (Computer Science or related field).
- **Experience**: Freshers to 1 year in Java, Python, or teaching.

**Salary**:

- Salary up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise

Pay: ₹12,304.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
