Project Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project activities including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor site activities regularly and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain documentation of project progress, material consumption, and cost tracking.
- Conduct regular project meetings and report status to senior management.
- Manage procurement planning and inventory control at site.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per the project plan.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of project management/site incharge experience (construction, industrial, or infrastructure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project execution, BOQ handling, site supervision, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in managing multiple sites or high-value projects.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, statutory compliance, and vendor management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
