Drona Aviation is a company focused on building an ecosystem for drone innovation. We have developed Pluto, India's only developer drone platform and the only Indian nano-drone. Our platform provides all the necessary components for drone learning and innovation, including hardware (Pluto 1.2 and Pluto X), an open-source API- based simple programming IDE, the Pluto Controller Appr open-source learning content, and a community for developers to build and share drone ideas.

**Influencer Outreach & Collaboration**
- Identify and research potential influencers, YouTubers, and tech content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Reach out to relevant creators and pitch collaboration opportunities in line with our brand.
- Maintain a database of influencer contacts, past interactions, and performance metrics.

**Campaign Execution & Coordination**
- Assist in planning and coordinating influencer campaigns for product launches, workshops, or brand visibility.
- Ensure timely delivery of content from influencers and maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
- Track deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Monitor influencer content performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions from influencer campaigns.
- Suggest improvements and optimizations based on performance data

**Relationship Building**
- Engage and maintain ongoing relationships with existing creators.
- Support influencers with product information, shoot guidance, and necessary media assets.
- Foster a community of brand advocates and drone enthusiasts.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of influencer trends and social media platforms
- Google Sheets or Excel (for tracking and reporting)
- Basic understanding of brand marketing and PR

1. Can start an internship immediately.

2. Are available for a duration of 3-6 months.

3. Passionate about working in the creator ecosystem

4. Able to commute to the Thane office on a daily basis.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
