**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to handle life insurance sales through our Banca - IDFC channel. The role includes working with bank branches, generating business, and providing quality customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and assist walk-in customers at assigned bank branches
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
- Promote and sell life insurance products to achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong working relationships with bank staff for lead generation
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale service
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines
- Stay updated on insurance products and market trends

**Educational Qualification**
- **Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) ex**

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of life insurance products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Ability to build rapport with bank staff
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
