**Ensure 100% response to Incoming Calls**
- Ensure all incoming calls are attended, in case of a miss; call back is scheduled promptly

**Initiate pre-order and post confirmation calls**
- Ensure pre-order and trade confirmation calls are made to clients who trade with CNT Desk

**Engage with In Active/Dormant ALBK clients to trade regularly**
- Engage with dormant, Non Active ALBK clients to trade offline and help them to trade online

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,639.84 per month
