Tour plan of all salesman
- Maintenance of all pending cases of retailers related to accounts and discounts to be maintained city wise
- Pending cases to be allotted to salesman as per his tour plan and monitor that cases are closed
- Maintain a list of all customers that each salesman needs to attend. Track and monitor the same. Regularly update and prepare a balance list. This should be reviewed after every tour for every salesman.
- Customer care and service for every retailer
- Databank of all photos for all brands and all ranges season wise
- Monitoring of daily sales report and door to door sales
- Monitor that every sales takes orders on “Super salesman”
- Digital follow up of every customer. Sharing top 3 designs of distribution brands. Take refilling orders
- Lead generation and handling
- Finding new opportunities of sales in online and offline market
- Target plan to be maintained season wise, zone wise, brand wise, customer wise in pieces
- Brand wise broadcast list in WhatsApp to be maintained (A, B, C group)
- Maintain sales of
- door to door, Mumbai booking, Hotel booking and Office booking
- Every brand, last 3 year sales to be maintained piece wise
- Design schemes for top 3 products of distribution brands for every salesman. Incentivise these schemes
- Presentations to be prepared, wherever and whenever required (Vital Intro Catalogue)
- If a new lead is generated, follow up on the same, invite them to office and give guidance to the new customer
- Take care that the entire sales team works with full efficiency and help them to improve their productivity in every possible way
- Manage tour budgets, hotel booking budgets and costing whenever required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
