**Job Title: Immigration CounselorJob Summary**:
The Immigration Counselor is responsible for guiding individuals and families through the immigration process, providing expert advice on legal requirements, documentation, and visa options. The role involves client counseling, case management, and ensuring compliance with national and international immigration laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on immigration laws, procedures, and eligibility for various visa types including work, student, family, and permanent residency.
- Prepare clients for interviews with immigration officers or tribunals, and represent or accompany them when needed (where legally allowed).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and policy changes.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Maintain detailed case records and manage confidential information securely.
- Provide support for appeals, asylum, or refugee claims if applicable.
- Conduct community outreach or educational seminars on immigration topics.
- Offer culturally sensitive and empathetic support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in immigration services, counseling, or legal assistance.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law, visa categories, and legal documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
