Telesales Executive

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and qualifying leads for further follow-up by the sales team. You will play a crucial role in building our customer base and contributing to our company’s growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided lists.
- Introduce and explain our web development, digital marketing, lead generation, and SEO services to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Stay informed about our services and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- For Freshers:_
- Excellent communication skills in [preferred language(s)].
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in cold calling or tele-sales roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
