**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Manage front desk operations including guest registrations, reservations, and handling inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide information about resort services, local attractions, and travel directions
- Ensure front office areas remain tidy, organized, and presentable
- Monitor bookings, manage walk-ins, and maintain proper records using property management software

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
