Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, located in Ramnagar. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining communication with guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, answering inquiries, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
