**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive business growth.
- **Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring the achievement of targets and professional development.
- **Market Analysis**: Identify market trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape to fine-tune sales approaches and marketing campaigns.
- **Business Development**: Establish and manage relationships with high-value clients, architects, builders, and real estate developers.
- **Revenue Generation**: Drive revenue through lead generation, conversion, and sales across diverse client segments.
- **Brand Positioning**: Oversee the development of marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence of Art Interiors, including digital marketing, social media, and offline campaigns.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Partnerships**: Identify and cultivate partnerships that contribute to business growth, including corporate clients and strategic alliances.
- **Performance Metrics**: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results.
- **Budgeting**: Oversee sales and marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies that yield maximum ROI.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proven track record in sales and marketing within the architecture or interior design sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics in the interior design and architecture industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in business development and relationship management with key industry stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive performance through data-driven insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and MS Office Suite.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry is preferred.
